Many swimmers have found that good form and lots of yards in the pool are not enough to yield the high level performance they seek.
A number of local swimmers participate in our Sports Enhancement Program, a specialized service of Concorde Health & Wellness which
provides individualized, sport-specific training programs. We've established a year-round approach to training which can be tailored
to the individual training regimen of the swimmer.
More importantly, this program is a "next step" in rehabilitation after recovering
from an injury. A structured program can easily be the tool that prevents re-injury, and allows for enhanced performance at the same

The Distance Training Program
For some swimmers not located conveniently to take advantage of this service, we have developed
a personal training program specifically geared to the needs of the swimmer who will be performing a structured program in facilities
closer to home. Our program involves assessment, program development and periodic personal training visits for modification and progression
of the program.
Supplemental services from our Registered Dietitian enhance this program in a very positive way. Individual sessions
are available for dietary assessment, meal planning, and balanced nutrition to enhance training.
